THE P5 MISSION
At the Pow5r Sports League, our mission is to ignite the passion for sports in the hearts of young athletes aged 5 to 11, shaping them into well-rounded individuals who embody the values of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and personal growth. Central to our commitment is the implementation of the 3C's Program – a holistic approach designed to cultivate Character, Community Awareness, and a Champion Attitude. We believe that sports extend beyond the field, and through this program, we aim to instill essential life skills in our youth. Character development forms the bedrock, emphasizing integrity, resilience, and respect. Community Awareness fosters a sense of responsibility and empathy, encouraging our young athletes to be active contributors to society. The Champion Attitude aspect focuses on instilling a mindset of perseverance, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. Together, these pillars form the foundation of our mission, guiding the Pow5r Sports League as we empower the next generation of athletes to thrive not only in sports but in all facets of life.

TRACK & FIELD

Go-Norm Sole Steppas
The Go-Norm Sole Steppas, better known as G.N.S. Track Club was established in 2023 by Founder John Norman. With his extensive track and field background, John knew he always wanted to give back to his community byway of track and field. Inspired by Coach Tony Goyang, who also trained John at an early age, John took on the name of Go-Norm Sole Steppas. He has planned to continue on with the legacy of the Crusaders Track Club that was ran by Coach Goyang with the same principles that have helped guide young athletes throughout history. Accepting of all young ladies and young gentlemen (Ages 5-18), the G.N.S. Track Club will practice, train, and compete on a high amateur level of track and field. Our goal is to help youth be the best they can be in life through the sport of summer track and field.
VOLLEYBALL
We are excited to unveil Networth, a Developmental Volleyball League—a fresh, dynamic, and affordable opportunity for young athletes to engage in competitive volleyball. Initially designed specifically for middle school students, our league aims to foster skill development, teamwork, and a love for the sport.
New: This league introduces an innovative approach to youth volleyball, focusing on creating a supportive environment where players can learn and grow. With structured practices and games, we ensure a comprehensive development experience for all participants.
Competitive: Our league offers a balanced competitive framework, allowing players to test their skills against peers while encouraging personal and team improvement. With a range of skill levels, every player can challenge themselves and advance their game.
Affordable: Committed to accessibility, we have designed our league to be budget-friendly, making it possible for every young athlete to participate without financial strain. We believe that cost should not be a barrier to playing sports and developing important life skills.
Join us in making this exciting new league a cornerstone of youth volleyball and give your child the chance to excel in a supportive, competitive, and affordable setting.
