Pow5r Sports League is dedicated to providing youth athletes with competitive, development-focused opportunities across a variety of sports. Our programs include Tackle Football, 7-on-7 Football, Flag Football, Cheer, Volleyball, and Basketball, giving athletes the opportunity to build fundamental skills, gain valuable game experience, develop confidence, and grow within a positive team environment. Each league is designed to support athletes at different stages of development while emphasizing teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of competition.
 

In addition to our Pow5r Sports League programs, we proudly facilitate the MRD League (Midland Rec Division), which brings organized Flag Football and Cheer programs directly to Midland elementary schools. Through the MRD League, students have the opportunity to represent their schools, compete alongside their classmates, and experience organized youth sports in an exciting and accessible environment. This partnership helps strengthen school communities while introducing more young athletes to the benefits of teamwork, competition, and physical activity.
 

Whether your child is stepping onto the field or court for the first time or looking to continue developing as an athlete, Pow5r Sports League provides the structure, coaching, competition, and community to help them succeed. Our goal is to create meaningful athletic experiences that help young athletes grow both on and off the field while building friendships and memories that last well beyond the season.
